Doors open at 5:00 pm and dinner is at 5:30pm
This event is truly one of our favorites. The food is prepared by Chef Aaron Whalen, Chef David Cranmer and Chef Ben Cranmer and is eaten family style while enjoying the Autumn evening on the beautiful property at The Nature Institute. The kids are welcome to play in the sand pit, explore the eagles nest, sit by the fire or just enjoy the outdoors.
$25/adult; $10 for children 7+; kids 6 & under are free.

Apple salad with grilled fennel, walnuts and lime
Roasted brussel sprouts white beans and goats cheese
Parmesan bread pudding with bacon, and wilted kale
Oak roasted Ozark forest mushrooms with late harvest
tomato ragout and corn muffins
Pappardelle pasta with sweet potato and whole hog sausage with sage brown butter sauce
Desserts prepared by Mustard Seed Peace Project Board members
